good stay with great staff but some room for improvement

Two of the staff members were exceptionally pleasant, making us feel genuinely welcomed. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from key attractions.

The room lacked some modern amenities you'd expect.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Triple Room. The staff were friendly and trustworthy. The location was excellent, close to museums and metro stations. My room was cleaned daily and I felt safe. Room service was quick and the food was nicely presented. 😊

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the staff was mostly friendly, one member lacked warmth, and the carpets in the hallways could use a thorough cleaning. Overall, the accommodations were satisfactory, especially the cleanliness and comfort of the bathroom.

Convenient location for art aficionados, impressive proximity to renowned museums, access to the Botanical Gardens.

The noise levels at early hours detracted from my experience!!! A door left open to a stairwell while renovations were in progress could easily be fixed. More electrical outlets are essential!!!

Request a room away from the bus/taxi lane for a quieter stay. it made a noticeable difference during my visit.

Great location, but watch your step!

The staff here is super nice and helpful! Loved how close it is to all the art spots, literally a few minutes away. But man, those bathtubs are a trip hazard! Also, the bathroom had some mold, which was a big turn-off. Ended up enjoying a nice meal at the restaurant, though!

Couple's Getaway, Worth It

The staff were incredibly responsive one time I had a little plumbing issue in my room, maintenance was there quick to fix it and the housekeeper checked in on me too, felt cared for you know. Also, the location is top-notch, so many places to walk to, we spent hours just navigating through the streets and finding little cafes.

It wasn’t too pricey but you get what you pay for, some things could’ve been better.

I stayed in a Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was pretty small but super comfortable and quiet. Loved the air conditioning since it was hot outside. Shower had good pressure! Cleanliness was top-notch, and the noise insulation worked really well, even with busy traffic outside. Just the room size might be a squeeze for some.

Had a lovely stay with a cozy balcony view of the botanical garden while enjoying a delicious coffee from the hotel café. There’s a great little library for a peaceful read and a charming garden for relaxation. The room was slightly small, but it was super comfy and perfect for unwinding after a long day. 😊

Just a good pick for a weekend respite in Madrid with outstanding value. Our room was very clean and had plenty of hot water in the shower. Make sure to open the windows for a bit to air out cleaning product smells.
